Architectural exhibitions at Barbican

This week’s feature is a program booklet that was distributed in conjunction with an exhibition at the Barbican Art Gallery on Le Corbusier – The Art of Architecture, back in Spring of 2009. The London-based studio OK-RM designed the piece as a sticker book to be filled with the exhibition’s event stickers. Mimicking the work of the totalitarian architect, the events are listed on every spread and simply crossed out in chronological order.

Check out more work by OK-RM on their brand new website and read more about Le Corbusier and the exhibition at Barbican Art Gallery. Also of note, the Barbican recently announced a future exhibition on OMA, the Dutch architectural firm led by Rem Koolhaas, running from October to January. Read more about it at Dezeen. Past architectural exhibitions at the Barbican have also included Future City: Experiment and Utopia in Architecture 1956 – 2006 in 2006 and Alvar Aalto: Through the Eyes of Shigeru Ban in 2007
